I was really impressed on how Compassionate and understanding everyone was concerning issues that I had with the billing process, versus the pet insurance billing. The doctor and staff took time out to explain in detail with me, and now I have a clear understanding. my little Maltese and I have been going to Compassionate Care Animal Hospital for over 10 years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!!!

I trust the care my dogs receive at Compassionate Care. Awesome staff! From the moment we got checked in to care from the techs and our veterinarian, everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs. My shepherd has bad anxiety and they were so patient and caring with her.

**2026 Update:** Unfortunately, Dr. Allison is no longer at Compassionate Care, and with that, our experience has changed. First, I want to recognize Cristal, Robin, and the vet techs—they have always been kind, patient, and wonderful with our finicky crew. They've consistently made us feel welcome and cared for. That said, it feels like the practice has taken on more than it can realistically manage. Too often, appointments felt like our pets' charts hadn't been reviewed beforehand, and we didn't receive the level of personalized attention we had come to expect. At times, I also felt judged for the decisions I made as a pet owner, which made it difficult to feel comfortable asking questions or discussing options. I felt like this numerous times over the last 4-5 years, as did my wife, every time we took one of our pets in for a visit. The pricing has also become difficult to justify— nearly $50 for a simple nail trim feels excessive. I'm grateful for everything the team has done for our family over the years, especially during some of our hardest moments. This wasn't an easy decision, but after much thought, we've decided it's time to find a veterinary practice that's a better fit for us. 2020 Review: Dr. Allison and her staff are absolutely incredible! Between office visits, blood draws, and phone calls, she always made us feel like her top priority. She never made us feel rushed and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. When it was time to say goodbye to our girl, Dr. Allison treated her (and us) like family. We literally cannot thank the staff at Compassionate Care enough.
