I was a first and last time customer very quick . Tessa requires a fecal test that not most groomers require and I wasn’t able to obtain that prior to grooming and because I let them know day of my dog has been banned from ever booking at all pets again. Which seems crazy for a first time customer also that policy was never shared with me . 0/5 for poor communication and banning a first time customer before they even ever come ridiculous.

All Pets has provided fantastic care, support, and guidance for us and our senior pets over the last few years. Dr. Cormany is knowledgeable, thorough, and caring, and the tech, service, and grooming staff are amazing!

My dogs were treated fine but the staff is dismissive and unwelcoming to the paying customer. My dogs were boarded here and I appreciate the daily pics to check their progress. At the end, a short piece of paper was put in a bag that noted their stay. There was no interaction with us, the paying customers, nor did they have much to say in the way of updates or information on our pet's stay for the over $1,000 we spent. Staff is turse and treated us as incidental.The location is convenient , however, I think we will choose a more welcoming option next time. The staff could use an inservice in customer service. We pay for smiles as well as service!
