HUGE shout out to Dr Levan and his team, who offered to see my senior pittie in their large-animal clinic on the back side of their practice. Kaia is 13 1/2 and is afraid to walk on 'slippery' (read: tile, lol) floors like the ones in their main lobby and domestic rooms. They let us in the back door and I could tell immediately that Kaia was much more relaxed than she normally is at vet visits. No panting. No shaking. No trauma for either of us, lol. What probably felt insignificant to them, meant the world to me and my old gal.🖤 Thank you so much!

I honestly cannot believe I even have to write this. We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog. During one of the most difficult moments of our lives, we trusted Woodside Veterinary Hospital to honor the wishes we discussed with them—and unfortunately, they did not. We requested both a paw print and a nose print. We were told they already provide a paw print and could also do a nose print at our request. When we received our dog's remains, we were given neither. Already devastated, we had to wait until the next day to call and find out what had happened. The staff apologized and explained that the person who transported our dog's memorial items to the Urbana location had accidentally left them behind. They told us we could either drive to the Marysville location to retrieve them ourselves or have them mailed. Given everything that had already happened, we weren't willing to risk them being lost in the mail and causing even more heartbreak, so we made the drive to pick them up. Relieved that they still had our baby’s prints, we drove to the hospital, only to discover that the paw print was only halfway pressed onto the card. We received only half of our baby's paw print. One of the last keepsakes we will ever have of our beloved companion was incomplete. Losing a pet is devastating enough without having to endure additional heartbreak because of mistakes that should never have happened. These keepsakes can never be recreated. They were our last tangible memories of a family member we loved deeply, and we will never have another opportunity to make them right. While the staff did apologize, an apology cannot replace what was lost. The lack of care and attention given to our memorial requests has left us feeling deeply hurt and incredibly disappointed. I sincerely hope no other family has to experience this during one of the most painful times in their lives.

First time patient....my dog does not do well around other animals....the staff made sure to bring us in to avoid other pets. Gentle...kind...caring.

Dr. Levan and crew (Shout out Victoria) are the reason I live in Columbus and drive to Marysville for care. I'm a first time pet parent and each person I encountered reassured me I was doing a good job. Dr. Levan is more old school, by tgat I mean he is wise and I trust his judgement. Side note, he was my niece puppies vet abd he took wonderful care if her. He was also tge one to release her over the 🌈 bridge.
