Absolutely terrible service whatever lady that works at the front desk should not be in this business. She does not care about the animals. All she cares about is stealing everybody’s money. I’m not the one to go make a review, but I’m tired of vets using people and constantly taking their money knowing there’s another route that could get them forsure answer. I brought my dog in there for a large mass to be checked out. They recommended doing an fine aspiration needle test on it to get answers they took nearly $300 of my money to call me the next day and said that the test was inconclusive and we should do the other route that would get him a for sure answer… I expressed why did they not tell me there was another option that would’ve gave me a for sure answer only for a little bit more of money! She got nasty on the phone and said you should know better that you’re not always going to get an answer from test… and that’s not true! I was led to believe that I was going to find answers from the fine needle never did they tell me that there was a 50-50 chance of finding nothing out or I would’ve not taken that route! I had already expressed that I was running out of money and that clearly was not a concern for them! You should be ashamed of yourself and get out of the business if all you care about is the profit! Not the animals well-being. Don’t go here if you don’t want to be used for your money! The actual vet herself did offer a refund which was kind of her. But the girl who answers the phone was rude the entire time and you should start watching how she talks to people.. she was rude enough for me to call her out on it. I told you when I was coming there it was for a mass removable and you were able to remove it then once I paid it was decided you couldn’t do it. Regular people like me don’t have money to burn so next time you should not tell someone your able to help but decide you can’t after. I couldn’t ever ever imagine talking to people who are hurting over their pets condition like this lady did laughing on the phone. Reading the reviews seems like it’s a pattern. Also never asked to get medicine and not be seen. She made those words up on her own. I told the kind guy who answered if Jaxon was aloud to be seen to get his ear medicine again. She got on the phone and was beyond rude .

The lady that answers the phone is a horrible employee. Zero compassion terrible attitude I would never have someone like her working at a place where people bring there Beloved pets when they are in desperate need to help there animals. They are already worried about there pets not making it and she laughs on the phone at you saying you can take your dog somewhere else which I will! But the higher ups should really consider firing someone so hateful and heartless. She lied about everything in the room with us then felt fine stealing our money and sending us on our way with no answers. Don’t go here if you want honesty and compassion.
