Zero stars should be an option. Let me pre-empt this with I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM, and I’ve been to this vet three times prior. My cat had an appointment today, that I booked a month ago as it was their first available. Originally her eye was red, swollen, and draining chunks of pus. When I called, they couldn’t get her in for a month, I used some left over antibiotic cream the doctor had prescribed for previous said issue. Her eye resolved. She is five and hasn’t had baseline lab work and I have been worried she may be diabetic so I kept the appointment and asked them to do lab work, and check her eye, and mentioned to the front desk help that I was concerned she was diabetic. The front desk help came over to me and took my cat and said I’ll take her back. I hear the front desk help say in a nasty tone, “her words not mine”. I figured they would draw labs and then I would meet with the doctor In an exam room to discuss my concerns. NOPE. The front desk help brought my cat back, said her eye is fine and that the labs were drawn, that will be 137.00. She was In that building for less than 15 minutes all together. I was so taken back by this whole situation that I couldn’t say anything. I paid and left. I called 10 minutes later to speak with the vet about the situation as I was left on hold for five minutes. I requested the vet call me back at the end of her day. The vet called back. She said the front desk help said I agreed to not come back with my cat, who does that?????? What vet doesn’t feel it necessary to speak with the concerned owners? I knew the first time I went there that the front desk help is NOT friendly at all. They make you feel like you did something wrong by just walking in there. But I liked the vet so I kept coming back. NEVER AGAIN. Any vet that thinks it’s okay to see an animal and not even see or speak to the owners is a vet that appears to not care at all. Cheap prices usually mean something is missing, and what is missing here is compassion to the pets and consideration to their owners. Go elsewhere…………………

Dr. Mills and her staff were honest, thorough, and attentive to what I inform them of. She NEVER pushed anything unneeded or wanted! I was referred to her thru 2 different people and spoke highly of her. They were not wrong! Thank you Dr. Mills for caring and your full concern for their health and wellness! Love, Bonnie, Clyde and Clover and Mom, Toni too. Much Love!!

They take the best care of our pups. The vet even recommended different meds for the two breeds we have to avoid risk of seizures. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff
