Amazing experience with great staff! They got us in very quickly and everyone was so caring and compassionate with my cat. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. Highly recommend!

If i could leave 0 stars I would, i took my bird in for help and Dr wilson questioning her credentials) she laughed at the box i bought my bird in stating wow this must be a small bunny…? I said its a bird. She said nothing..long story short had my bird admitted for the night and treated my bird for being egg bound. I called to check on my bird as the place was closing and was told no one would be staying with my pet over night. No treatment was given and i was charged twice for an over night stay All staff were beyond rude and not sympathetic at all, I was actually hung on many times by the staff including Wilson. Anytime i asked a question she was beyond annoyed and stated i already answered your questions and she even told me she is not treating my bird and to pick it up after they closed, then hung up on me and i wasnt able to get ahold of anyone until noon the next day. Then i was accused of being the rude one. Office manager called me and she was just as useless. Im expecting a response saying please feel free to contact our office manager, which they say on every review. Please read the other reviews on this horrible place. Oh my bird was not even pregnant by the way! Wilson felt her belly and guessed it was an egg and supposedly treated it for that but i took it to another vet and my bird was never even pregnant. She gave me 5 seconds of her time slapped a $400 dollar bill in my face and walked out and never came back. Please read all reviews on this place! They are definitely all about the money. wilson you should be ashamed of your bedside manner and you absolutely disgust me. No animal should ever be in your care

We had a great experience at Animal and Avian Medical Center and Dr Wilson! The whole staff was professional, thorough and very friendly! They were able to get us in for a first time appointment in a timely manner, we didn’t have to wait long for our appointment time once we arrived and they took such compassionate and gentle care of Winston. I loved that they presented me with a quote for services to be rendered so there were no surprises upon check out. Our whole experience was wonderful! I would recommend them to all!
