I board my dog at Paws often, since 2017. Every experience is great and I love that his vet is the partner. Definitely recommend. He looooves the playroom and its fun seeing him get excited to see all the staff.

Awesome place. The employees really care about our dog. Everyone there is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure the dogs are comfortable. Sam is my groomer for my dog. He loves going there to see her. She does a great job with his haircut, bath and he always smells so good when I pick him up. I highly recommend Paws by the Lake.

I boarded my great dane here last week when I went to Florida. They took great care of him. He was stubborn and would not eat for them. They texted me and told me they were gonna make him chicken dinners to help him eat (with my permission). They were really sweet when I called to check in on him. I loved being able to view him on the web cam in the boardwalk suite. I saw the techs going in and loving up on him to help him feel at home. Thank you for the great care and I'm sorry Zeus wouldn't eat for you all.

In only two visits, I encountered three separate errors related to record-keeping and communication. These mistakes had real consequences, including unexpected vet visits and a last-minute cancellation—occurring at 7:15am, just 45 minutes before a scheduled boarding. While individual employees may not be solely at fault, their handling of these situations highlights broader systemic issues within the business. Overall, the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care makes this an unreliable option. If you’re simply looking for a place to board your dog with minimal expectations, this may suffice. Otherwise, I strongly recommend exploring alternative options that prioritize both pet care and customer experience.
