7/20 Update: updating my review from 1 to 3 stars. I did receive a call in regards to my negative review and felt that the response and compensation was fair for our poor experience on 7/3. 7/19 Review:We have been coming to ALAC for a few years now since moving from out of state. We took our 7 year old lab in for her annual exam on 7/3 and had almost $350 worth of shots and lab work done. The next morning (7/4) she was throwing up and having excessive diarrhea. We called knowing it was a holiday but the voice message on the emergency line said they'd get back to us in "5-10 minutes". We called at approximately 9:30am and did not receive a callback until 12pm the next day. I told the receptionist that called me that I was extremely upset about the lack of response and why even have a message saying you'd call back in 5-10 minutes if you weren't going to. She said I was completely right and how sorry she was and how a manager would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back.

Love Dr Krupka, he explains things so well and also takes care of all my birds!!

We have gone to this vet for 30 years. We have raised 6 dogs together in that time as well. They have taken exallent care of all our dogs. We highly recommend.

My first pet that I brought their things went very well the second visit with a different pet I feel I was very overcharged and the problem was not resolved
