Had an emergency with my dog and my normal vet would not get my dog in so I called Orchard and they got me right in. I will be switching my normal visits to Orchard.

Always run behind, don’t think we waited less than half an hour any appointment. Our last visit for my pups shots I gave my card back in the room she said that computer wasn’t working and they’d get me up front. I go up front give my card again, good to go. Suddenly keep getting this text I have a bill. I ask multiple times for what seeing as I gave my card to 2 people my last visit. No reply. Just messages left I owe money with 0 response to my questions why. I finally just pay the bill after and call the schedule figuring I’ll just figure it out when I go back in but no response. Very glad we switched over to another office that runs on time & is transparent.

Dr Becker and the staff at Orchard Veterinary Care are the best. Their compassion and care they have shown me and my Pomerianian Charlie has been more than I could have asked for! I cant say enough good things about them!
