Location is convenient to where we live and so are their hours. However... not sure why they have walk in hours during the time they have appointments scheduled As well. Had my cat their a month or two ago, yes i had an appointment at that time. I was there for roughly 2 hours for them to see her and give her updated vaccines. Not sure what took them so long. Never got any explanation. Today my daughter has our cat their to be seen under urgent care/walk-in hours and she has been there for an hour and a half and is still waiting to be seen. I did call Monday to see about setting an appointment for our cat but was told by Jamie that they were booked and she recommended the walk-in hours on Tuesday, hence why my daughter brought our cat in during walk-in hours. The whole reason for the forst visit was she was limping and favoring her back left leg. This time, my cat got into an altercation with another cat and was limping and bleeding from her back left leg. After talking to my daughter, I feel as if the vet blew it off bc our cat was in the office for something similar but not the exact same thing. My feelings are valid regardless of what their reply will be. Walk in hours start at 9am - 12pm. She got their at 9am and got home at 11:46pm, just frustrating is all. We live 4.2 miles from their office for perspective. I appreciate that they have walk-in hours but there is a better way to incorporate the walk-in hours separate from appointment times. Such as... walk-ins 8-10 and appointments from 10-5 only on a certain day or days of the week. This is merely a single suggestion is all. I will say there is a good chance I will be seeking a different vet regardless of convenience. We just aren't a good fit for one another obviously. Side note, they are nice but my god, if you are going here, you better not have any plans bc they move like Flash (he is a sloth btw from the movie Zootopia). UPDATE... response to the vet's response to my review. No one likes a negative review but I will agree to disagree with their statements as they are not entirely true. I did seek vet care at another veterinary office (will not mention the name) after having my cat at their office and found out what actually was the issue with my cat. I am thankful for my new vet and that they were fully invested in taking the time to figure out what the actual issue was. I did walk-in hours with them as well and the visit itself was timely. I still stand by my comment about not having any plans and making sure you have an endless amount of time at Country View. Like I stated before, they just weren't a good fit and unfortunately sometimes that happens.

It was amazing! They treated my cat Deigh with so much care and gentleness. I was very nervous as well and they were calm and explained everything to me in detail. I know my pet is safe and well taken care of here
