Dr. Eilers was very professional and courteous with my dog Ghost. He doesn't usually like meeting new people but warmed up to Dr. Eilers very quickly. She took her time and gave him space when needed, which I and Ghost both appreciated. She was able to get all the work done necessary that we came in for, and at the end Ghost even let her pet him, which is a huge improvement from going to other clinics. I couldn't be more happy with all the staff and Dr. Eilers with how they treated my dog. Will definitely be back.

Great team, amazing care for my pets. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Eilers are great with cats!! I trust them opinion 1000% My cats are "stong willed and opionated" and she handled them beautifully. Love that they are cat friendly.

We take our 5 yr old cat to West Chester Veterinary Care. They are very cat friendly. We have seen a few doctors there and they are so amazing and actually care about your pets well-being and not just a paycheck. The entire staff from from to back end are so knowledgeable, caring and friendly. It definitely feels like your part of their family and not just a client. Lifelong customer!!

We have felt welcome and safe there since Day 1. I have four animals and it’s a huge comfort in knowing that they are not only cared for but loved by the team here. Dr. Eilers especially is a gifted provider and her expertise and commitment to all animals is clear in everything she does. In further support of this statement, we have named one of said animals after her and are proud to have done so. Bring your animals here - you will never be sorry.

I started coming here about two years ago after a few horrible experience with another (massive candy company corporation). I have two standard poodles that are high anxiety and while they are still a tiny anxious, they are so much more comfortable compared to the other place. More recently, I had an older kitty losing weight. I took her in thinking her kidneys are failing. Dr. Johnson warns me that it could be diabetes. Cue the fear. Shortly after, Dr. Johnson’s suspicions were confirmed. I was quite literally in shock. She and the technician (Liz) made certain that I understood the most important things about the whole disease. Having two people explain this disease was so helpful. Even when I realized the insulin fell out of our fridge at some point the night prior, they helped me getting a quick replacement. Both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Eilers have been amazing with answering my questions with my Diabetic kitty and my crazy poodles. I recommend WCVC to anyone that is looking for a new vet. 100% the best clinic with the best doctors and the best techs and front desk staff.
