This place is affordable especially within normal days that arent sick/emergency ones. The vet was so nice and the receptionist and techs were as well. We usually use the colerain location but will definitely be gokng back to this west chester one from now on.

I called to have my dog looked at. They told me it would be an hour and seven minutes. I said that would be good because it’s gonna take me 35 minutes to get there. I I get to the Noah’s Ark in West Chester/Mason and they tell me that there were three people ahead of me. I waited for over an hour two other dogs came in. They took them back. I still sat there. I went up to the receptionist and asked why are these dogs going back and I’ve been sitting here for an hour. They said they had appointments. I was told on the phone that it was wide open. There were no appointments. I will not go going back to Noah’s Ark. I took my dogs vet records and I will go somewhere else. Horrible customer service by one of the receptionist the other one was nice. I wouldn’t advise going to the West Chester one.

I have been taking my animals here for years! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. Despite being very busy they made sure I got everything I needed and made sure my pups got what they needed for thier annual exam. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get good care for their fur babies. BONUS they have veteran discounts.

I'm so glad I chose Noah's Ark to treat my 80 year old cousins little dog Sissy. She was an 11 year old little dog. Had a huge mass on her neck. They did everything they could to help her. But it just wasn't going to be. We had to have her put down. And that day was pretty sad. My cousin has lost his wife and this was their little baby. So we called him and let him say good buy. Yes I cried. But everyone was so kind. The vet technician Marissa was so kind and Dr. Wilson saw my name and came to find me to tell me how sorry he was and he knew I'd tried everything to save her. I will be coming back there with my own animals now. I highly recommend this wonderful place. Filled with kind, caring people. Thank you for being so kind .
