The staff is super caring and always take wonderful care of my baby. Excellent service from everyone. Completely trustworthy and transparent. They listen to your concerns and don't recommend unnecessary services just for a profit. I will never take my cat anywhere else. Worth every dollar.

I have been a client of Cats Only and this experience has been incredibly disappointing. On Monday morning, I contacted the clinic because my cat, Phoebe, was having another eye flare-up—a recurring condition that is well documented in her medical record. I explained that I had already started the antiviral eye drops prescribed previously and simply wanted guidance from the veterinarian on whether to continue treatment and whether her antibiotic eye drops (ofloxacin), which she has received during past flare-ups, should also be refilled. Over the next three days, despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I was unable to speak with a veterinarian. I repeatedly received messages that my case had been forwarded to the doctor and was asked to wait another 24–48 hours. When I expressed concern because my cat was in pain, I was told the clinic was short-staffed due to maternity leave, vacations, and the upcoming holiday weekend. While I understand staffing challenges happen, they should not prevent a client from speaking with a veterinarian about a recurring medical issue. When I finally received a call, it was from a technician offering an oral antiviral medication instead of the treatment Phoebe has historically received. When I asked why her treatment plan had changed and requested to speak with the veterinarian, no one could answer my questions. Instead, I was later told they could "make an exception" and fit Phoebe in for an appointment, even though I had never requested an appointment. I simply wanted to discuss her treatment plan with the veterinarian and determine whether continuing the medications that have worked in the past was appropriate. Throughout the process, I felt like I was advocating for basic communication rather than asking for anything extraordinary. As a pet owner, when your animal is sick, you expect to be able to have a conversation with the veterinarian making the medical decisions. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer have confidence that my concerns—or my cat's—are being handled with the level of communication and responsiveness I expect. It is disappointing because I have trusted this practice with Phoebe's care, but this experience has led me to look elsewhere.
