I just had one of the most disappointing experiences with this veterinary office. I’ve never been a client there, but I recently purchased an over-the-counter flea medication from them. I had a simple question about the product, so I called hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Instead, I was met with unnecessary rudeness. I just wanted clarification about something I had purchased from their office. I was actually looking for a new veterinarian, but after the way I was treated over a simple phone call, I can honestly say I would never trust this office with my animals. First impressions matter. If someone calling with a respectful question is treated this way, it doesn’t leave me feeling confident about the level of care or compassion I’d receive as a client. Kindness and professionalism should be part of caring for both people and their pets. I won’t be bringing my animals here, and I hope they take a closer look at how they communicate with people because experiences like this leave a lasting impression.

I have been going to Dr. Allen for over 20 years!! He has always treated me and my animals well.

My puppy had ate something from outside which made him extremely sick, and he seemed like he was going to die from it. So we brought him to Allen Pet Clinic and they refused to help us simply because they were getting close to closing time. So I prayed all the way home for God to save him and he did just that! Thank you Jesus!
