Crossroads always takes such good care of my 17 year old Border Collie. Often, we need same day service, and they always accommodate us. The doctors and staff are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Taking care of my pets has always been easy at Crossroads! Scheduling is simple, ordering medications is quick and easy (at least after the initial setup), and the staff seem to care.

I've been going to Crossroads for about 5 years now and have 5 animals who are seen here. From annual visits to multiple recent unexpected visits for a sick kitten, they've all treated me and my pets extremely well. Me and my husband have likely seen every vet, tech, and receptionist at this point, and every single one of them seems to genuinely care for my animals. They take their time and let you ask questions, make sure you and your animals are comfortable, and appointments are easy to schedule. Believe me, I've gone in with way more information than necessary multiple times now, and they're still more than patient to listen to all of it to make sure my little ones are getting the best care. I've recommended them to friends who have moved in the area, and will continue to recommend them.
