I just want to share my experience at Strongsville Animal Wellness Hospital. I have been bringing my dogs to this facility for a long time. Their compassion and expertise every time has been amazing. The staff really does care about your pet. From the moment you walk in the door until it is time to leave you know that everything is gonna be OK with your best friend. I have rescue dogs and the staff knew exactly what needed to be done. I highly suggest if you need a place to take your best friend, Strongsville Animal Wellness Hospital is the place!

I brought my black lab here and they have refused to fill her doctor prescribed medication through Amazon prescriptions service. Instead they wanted me to pay over $30 more theough their in house pharmacy. Amazon has contacted them twice, and the front desk staff refuses to respond. Funnybanvet wanting dog to suffer. They are all about charging the most and doing nothing. They are not professional, have 20 steps they make your pet (my 80 lb. Lab and me) walk down ( severely steep and dark steps) to their rooms. I have seizures and could have fallen or worse my dog. No help offered at first as well. They are overlyexpensive. My dog had an ear infection, losing hair on her right ear scaling and hair loss now due to scratching and this was the worst vet visit. She has allergies and at least 4 vet techs continued to try to give her peanut butter (allergic) and 3 different treats (allergic)and her allergies are horrific. They don’t pay for the PETDESK service which they lied to me about on my initial call to make appointment, which was noted on PETDESk. They did this to get me to come in, and they don’t pay for PETDESK, which they admitted after I was there. They lie constantly. They caused my dog to come home with severe itching and problems. Wanted me to pay over $250 for the visit, it was a complete effort to push extra testing. The also never gave me her Heartguard protection as well which I asked for a 6 month supply. I would never and encourage anyone not to take your pets there. From the desk staff, as well as their texts, and are dishonest. If you want your dog to fall down 20 steps (the only way to get down to their offices), and you as well, and if you don’t want your dog assessed properly and without any mistakes, don’t go to Animal and Wellness in Strongsville.

Dr. Katie is amazing! My fur babies and I absolutely adore her. She is incredibly thorough, takes the time to listen to all of our concerns, and always explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I never feel rushed during appointments, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about the health and well-being of every animal she sees. The staff and vet technicians are wonderful as well. They are always kind, patient, and helpful, and they go out of their way to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. Everyone is welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I always leave feeling confident that my pets are receiving the best possible care. We are so grateful to have found such a compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive veterinary team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets!
