Very friendly and caring staff.

Our 11 year old lab was acutely changing and needed to be urgently seen. Our original vet gave us a 3 month wait time. One call to valley vet and they were able to get our dog in within days. We were treated with care and compassion. The vet even got on the floor to assess our dog. Ultimately her symptoms deteriorated quickly and we returned the following week and they assisted us in helping our dog cross over the rainbow bridge with such dignity and compassion. You can tell everyone there truly loves what they do! We are forever grateful we found valley vet and they were able to make a tough time a little brighter. If we have any future animals we will be returning to valley vet!

The staff here are always kind, honest, and understanding. When one of our beloved pets received a terminal diagnosis, they didn’t beat around the bush, they provided honest opinions, and were very understanding of the emotional situation and our budget limitations. They’ve also provided spectacular care to our other pets and have gone above and beyond to make even our fear aggressive cat feel safe.
