I brought my cat here to get neutered, I had to work that day. they informed me I would receive a call when he was finished and ready to come home. I had to call them ten minutes before close because I had still not received a call. Very poor customer service and communication. The receptionists are never friendly, and always very monotone. I will definitely not be returning nor recommending this clinic to anyone.

Dr Baumann is a caring knowledgeable vet that can put our dogs at ease. The stage is very sweet.

The practitioner was extremely informative and then the Doctor confirmed her accuracy. I couldn't be happier. Our old Kitty Cat lives another day, and hopefully many many more.

My wife and I adopted Jessie, our Border Collie/Lab Mix in 2019. We randomly chose North Olmsted Animal Hospital for her medical care. Dr. Raina has performed several surgeries to remove recurring lipomas from her back. His work is meticulous and Jessie has had rapid and total recoveries. The staff is wonderful as well. The receptionist even brought her goat in one day last week! We highly recommend North Olmsted Animal Hospital. We are grateful for Dr. Raina's wisdom and kindness toward Jessie and us.
