Our 10 year old dog, Maya, had an awful and infected tumor on her side. The caring and nice staff were not only knowledgeable about her care but also friendly towards her:) We were given thorough instructions for at home post surgery care and Maya is doing better. We thought she was going to pass away but bc of this vets care she’s alive and well. They are also patient while checking in and out at the front desk. Thank you!

Took my dog there by recommendation. Big mistake. They talked me into getting X-rays of my dogs heart and heart worm test. They took him out of the room for about 5 minutes and told me they had to take 2 views which was extra. Told me he had a slightly enlarged heart but would have to do an echocardiogram to tell more. So I was already $330 in and knew almost nothing. Wasn't about to give them more for more nothing. Then I realized they charged me for the heart worm test but never gave me results. When I went back the next day it wasn't on his report but they said it was negative. I called back and they all the sudden had a generated report of the test. The report was generated on the day after the test but stated the test was done the day before. And they did the X-rays and heart worm test in about 7 minutes? Maybe possible but why not tell me the results of the heart worm test then? And why was that report not generated until the next day after I asked? They got my money once but never again and I caution anyone else to be suspicious!
