Took my injured dog to get taken care of and they didn't do anything but over charge us.

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Dr Mandy left. Dr Jellison is selling the practice and I don't believe even working there last several months. Inefficient, poor communication, poor accountability and 2 weeks ago had a moonlighting vet that was the worst vet I have seen in 50 yrs with zero infection prevention. Online pharmacy now has delayed delivery and Dr's are not signing scripts timely for meds to ship, causing us to run out of meds and pay double for shipping. They have made 5 dose errors for my dogs essential meds in the last year. Used to be rated the best vet in stark county. Now it's terrible and I just found a new, better, much cheaper vet. So sad.
