Great place to take your dog or cat, we have had a dog multiple cats cared for by this group of veterinary doctors. The doctors and staff are friendly and caring. I highly recommend them. Clementine loves coming here and visiting.

I would not recommend this veterinary practice based on my experience. Last year, during my cat’s annual checkup, I specifically asked the veterinarian to examine her teeth because I had noticed a change in her breath, which can be a sign of infection. The doctor laughed and told me that while they could clean her teeth if the smell bothered me, her teeth were “fine.” I trusted that assessment. This year, after moving and establishing care with a new veterinarian, the new doctor immediately identified multiple infected teeth and recommended a dental cleaning as soon as possible. My cat ultimately required three extractions and had clearly been in pain. I asked the new veterinarian whether this level of damage could have developed within a year, and I was told that it reflected years of progression, not a recent issue. It is extremely upsetting to know that I raised concerns and was reassured — even dismissed — when there was an ongoing problem. In addition, when I contacted the practice to request my cat’s medical records, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. I was initially provided only a list of reminders for future visits rather than the complete medical record. My new veterinarian ultimately had to call the office directly to obtain the full records. I am deeply disappointed in the care and professionalism I experienced. Pet owners trust veterinarians to take concerns seriously and to advocate for animals who cannot speak for themselves. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I cannot say enough kind words to express my gratitude for this team! They care for my dog patiently and lovingly, making sure she is healthy and well. They take time to answer any questions I have and have been selflessly available for last minute concerns that my dog has had. Cannot recommend them enough.
