The service I received here was phenomenal from the beginning. My idiot son(cat) ate some garbage and everywhere I called had urged me to go to an emergency vet where I would easily drop over a thousand on something that he would have likely been able to pass on his own. I called this establishment and explained the timeliness, material, and his mostly normal behavior and they agreed that he could wait an evening or so. They gave me an estimate on the phone already about $400 cheaper than what I was quoted at every other vet. And best of all, they had openings as soon as that very evening! They treated my lil boy with so much love and care and were so cheerful and comforting. They gave me price plans and cost breakdowns prior to having him x-rayed and then again when they recommended a shot and a prescription. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

We took our cats here because we saw they’re a 4.9 star but there is no way, this place must definitely be paying to have good reviews because this is one of the worst vets I’ve ever been to. We took our cat here because she had raw spots on her stomach (she was licking them raw) they gave her medicine and a spray. She finished her medicine and used the spray daily but that didn’t help. We found out ourselves that she ended up having fleas and we only figured it out after giving them a bath when our other cats started having the same issue. The second time we took our other cat who was having a slight decrease in appetite, threw up a couple times, had unusual behaviors such as smacking his mouth and hiding. During the exam the vet grabbed my cat by the back of his neck to then slide him towards him and carried him to the counter while continuing to hold him tightly by his neck. My cat gagged during his exam. I was honestly super disgusted by the treatment especially from someone that is supposed to be taking care of animals. Vets I’ve gone to in the past also ensure to build relationships and get my cats comfortable and the way he handled my cat was heartless. And on top of that he was prescribing my cat medicine for a skin infection on top of antibiotics and steroids. Seems like they just want money and don’t care about the well-being of animals. Please don’t take your animals here they are absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

Horrible vet. Our cat last year had raw spots on her stomach and legs, they gave her a shot and a spray in case she licks again. Turns out she had fleas so all our cats needed medicine, by the way I feel like vets are supposed to warn you of side effects when picking up their stuff but whatever. Today our cat wasn’t feeling good and of course we get the same incompetent vet guy. He grabbed the back of our older cats neck and slid him closer to him, picked him up and checked his throat which made him gag. Then said he might just have a 24-72 hour thing and that he’s gonna work up a plan for him and left the room. Came back with hundreds of dollars worth of treatments which would have been like 4 separate meds. Insane. This guy has no compassion for animals and treated them terribly. And didn’t even explain himself what the meds were for. We left without getting anything and will no longer be going here.
