UPDATE: We are still happy with Banfield after all these years. Over 6 years now and they are still amazing to deal with. We have been using Banfield for years and we are very happy with the service and glad to have them so close to the house. The Wellness plans we have on both pets has saved us over $1000 over the last 12 months. The veterinary services are top notch. Highly recommend the Milford location.

Pure negligence and lack of compassion in almost every form. Decent for dog food, embarrassing vet services. If you care about your pet at all i suggest looking elsewhere sadly
