Obligatory one star review because these so called professionals felt they needed to confront my husband over a review he made when we returned to pay a bill. The receptionist was rude, which seems to be a running theme when it comes to honest reviews of the place. I'll gladly never step foot in there again.

The one star is the kind woman who helped my cat and explained things in a kind and respectful tone. The receptionist should be fired and replaced by someone who is not pushing 100 and is socially inept. She didnt let me finish a single sentence and when I asked if she ever lets people talk she said "nope too busy" as I stand in a completely empty lobby. This IS NOT and Emergency Vet, despite descriptions and reviews saying otherwise. You cannot make payments. You're expected to tolerate an obnoxious elderly brat while very little information is given until AFTER it's time to pay. Go somewhere else.
