I was only there briefly. Quick rabies shot for my mom's cat. They were very kind, looked at his records and thought ahead to save us trips and were able to do all his shots, saving us time, stress on the cat who doesn't enjoy the car or trips to vet, and cost was reasonable. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because both the waiting room and exam room animal smell was so strong it was uncomfortable to breathe. I couldn't wait to get out and get fresh air. Hopefully, it doesn't always smell that bad.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had a 3:15 appointment just got vaccines for my dog and didn’t get taken back for an hour. There was no apology for my wait or acknowledgement about my wait. The vet tech started asking me if I wanted different services without saying what they were or what the cost was. I told the tech I wasn’t happy with the wait and not even getting an apology for the wait. That did not prompt an apology. And when the vet came in I told her I wasn’t happy with the hour long wait without an apology or acknowledgment of the wait. Her response was to just tell me they were busy and to tell me to leave. So I waited an hour and didn’t get the vaccines I was waited for.
