I can't say enough about this animal hospital. The compassion and caring were above what I expected and the fees were reasonable. My pup got sick and Kathy got Lou in immediately.Unfortunately , after a few days we had to put him down. The staff grieved with us. Lou was cremated and he came back in a beautiful box with his name on it, his paw print cast in stone, and his fur in a card with a heart. Dr Williard and her staff helped us to get through this horrible process. Thank you for your kindness and support. You made a bad situation a little easier to deal with.

Dr. Willard, Dr. Thorson & the entire team at Boston Heights Veterinary Hospital are truly the most kind & loving people to care for our "four-legged children." They are always attentive & communicate so well to keep our Scottie dogs healthy & happy. We're always greeted at the front lobby with smiles from Kathy, Whitney, Tyler & Karrie. Then you have the gentle care from Dr. Thorson, Dr. Willard & Denise. THANK YOU for being such an amazing veterinary team in our community.
