I've been taking my dogs to HPRH for a little over 10 years now and I have nothing but the highest praise for the vets and staff! Dr. Kulp has been our go-to since 2016 when we got our older dog as a puppy. She has always been so loving and attentive, and the dogs love going to see her! She has performed multiple successful surgeries for their BOAS, a cherry eye, and their dentals. Surgery/procedure quotes have always been itemized and explained to me in detail. The procedures have always ended up being within the projected cost range. Of course, with scheduling and life's surprises, we don't always get to schedule with her, but the other vets we have seen have been equally as wonderful! This past week, we went in for a visit with Dr. Whalen and unfortunately got the news that one of our dogs had a mast cell tumor. I really appreciated how compassionate and informative he was; it made scary news feel a lot less overwhelming, and he had honest, helpful answers for all of my questions. He performed what I would call a really successful surgery on Friday and my dog is recovering as well as one could hope for. I feel extremely confident about the treatment he will receive going forward, and I know he will be loved and cared for by the team here every step of the way!

My wife and I have had great experiences till this last visit. We had their Grooming’s service do work on our older cat. The groomer did a horrible job. We specifically said we just wanted her trimmed NOT SHAVED AND DID NOT WANT A LION CUT. The groomer did the lion cut which we did not want. Also when my wife went to pick up our cat the person or tech brought out a Golden retriever not our little 7lb cat big difference. We did get our cat after that but not what we was expecting. This is the worst service ever. The groomer did not call or take if we would want something else done if the could not trim her to our specifications. This is the second time I said something about this and got no response from the office what so ever. We are really not happy with the service her at our last visit. I am not adding a photo at this time because it’s that bad!!
