They are an excellent vet. All the staff are kind and considerate. Nothing is too mucch trouble for them. Since moving to columbus in 2021 we have used them consistently to look after our two rescue dogs. The level care and compassion both you. And your pet cannot be beat.

Since 2020, I've taken all my cats here for dental care, including cleanings, extractions, and gum care. I didn't think it gets any better than this. It's obvious the people there really care about the animals and want to make them as comfortable as possible.

Very happy with the care my yorkie received. Dr Klein is awesome! Staff is wonderful! You can tell he cares and answers questions or concerns you may have. Mia had a couple of extractions and she is healing wonderfully. She also recovered pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about East Hilliard Veterinary Services. Their entire team has provided exceptional care to all of our pets over the years — from routine visits for our two cats, Hank and Oliver, to more complex procedures like dental work and tooth extractions. They were also incredible with our dog, Cooper, providing compassionate and thorough care throughout his life and in his final weeks. Every doctor and technician we’ve seen has been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They take the time to explain things clearly and treat each animal like their own. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and easy to communicate with, whether scheduling appointments or getting follow-up updates. It’s clear they truly care about both their patients and the families behind them. I’m very grateful to have such a trustworthy and empathetic veterinary team so close to home. We’ve been bringing our pets to Dr. Chris for almost 10 years, and she has been nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction with her is warm, professional, and reassuring. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. Several years ago, our cat developed severe constipation issues that other veterinarians repeatedly treated with anesthesia and multiple medications—none of which solved the underlying problem and only caused her more stress. Dr. Chris approached the situation with fresh insight and was able to effectively resolve the issue. We’ve trusted her wholeheartedly ever since and are extremely grateful to have found her. She is truly a five-star veterinarian. However, I can’t give a full five-star review because our experience with the front office staff has been consistently less positive. Phone interactions often feel rushed, and it sometimes seems like you’re expected to already know information that hasn’t actually been communicated. As a result, I’ve found myself hurrying through calls so as not to feel like an inconvenience. A recent example stands out: I called to ask where to pick up a prescribed medication before our appointment, assuming it would either be at the clinic or at Central Ohio Compounding. The receptionist responded in a way that felt unnecessarily curt and condescending, as if this were common knowledge. She also informed me that the medication was supposed to have been administered the day before—something I had never been told. The only communication I received was a very brief “It’s ready for pickup,” with no explanation of timing or administration requirements. This lack of clear information from the support staff resulted in us having to reschedule our appointment, which was inconvenient for us and inefficient for the clinic as a whole. We absolutely love and trust Dr. Chris and will continue seeing her, but we hope the office staff communication improves to match the exceptional care she provides.
