I brought my dog in for breathing problems on a Sunday morning and received the absolute best care from this clinic. Everyone from the desk staff, to the techs, to the vet herself was kind, caring, compassionate, and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, I was unable to bring my fur baby home and they made one of the worst days of my life as good as it could be. They offered my family the time we needed and made my fur baby comfortable.

My mom called me sobbing as her sweet fur baby has taken a turn for the worst today. My parents are devastated. My fur brother is in an incredible amount of pain and terrified as he’s lost control of his own body. The lack of compassion my family received from your office today is beyond disappointing. A 16 year old border collie can’t stand, screaming in pain, unable to hold his waste, scared out of his mind and you tell my mom you don’t have the staff to deal with a dog with behavioral issues? End of life fear is a behavior issue? Shame on you. Even if this was a legitimate concern, those are the words you use in my crumpling mother’s ear? You couldn’t find an ounce of compassion to throw in there? Disappointing isn’t a strong enough word. Shame. On. You.
