My dog passed away unexpectedly during surgery. They called and informed me. Said I wasnt being charged for surgery nor cremation. Which I thought was very kind of them. But they ended up charging me for half the surgery and the entirety of cremation. I asked for the vet to call me so I could get some closure. No call, no return of my Pippa's collar or leash I requested. Not very informative before surgery and certainly not after an unsuccessful catastrophic one that im enduring. If you or your staff give your word.. .. then stand behind it....show a little compassion and for goodness sake return the calls, give back the items requested, a little respect and decency go a long way . Honestly I liked Vet Brian Williams and I thought Pippa was in excellent hands. It turns out I was wrong on all aspects of this nightmarish experience. Im thinking of filing a formal complaint with the veterinary board. As soon as I can navigate how to do such.
