I scheduled an appointment on 07/04 for 07/10 at 1:30pm online. I just had an odd feeling this morning so I called to confirm the appt time. Receptionist tells me “our online schedule doesn’t really work.” Block pts from being able to book online, put up a little memo to call and confirm, literally anything other than just “well it just doesn’t work.” Took a day off work to take my dog to the vet, and welp too bad so sad they don’t have anything in the near future. If they treat there schedule and my time like it doesn’t matted, why would I trust you to treat my animal with care. This place blows

Banfield Willoughby has been great in caring for my dog Comet! He’s reactive/nervous and always take the time to make sure he’s comfortable. Their wellness plans are also beneficial to save money and keep him as healthy as can be!

I love Bsnfield! They all know my son by heart! For reasons that are no so good; HOWEVER, they still treat him kindly and respectfully! They also go above and beyond while working with our family to get him taken care of because of his not so friendly disposition. Thank you all at Banfield! We truly appreciate each and every one of you.

I went in today to get a prescription card for the food my dog's vet prescribed for her. The woman at the Banfield front desk, Dawn, was friendly and helpful. She patiently walked me through the process, which was quick and easy. If your fur baby needs prescription food, Willoughby Banfield is just the best.
