This was my top place to go for years. I HAVE TO leave a 1 star. My cat was in a month ago, small biopsy was sent out due to a lump on his belly. I have the wellness plan, and have been with Banfield for many, many years on and off. I have called four times regarding the results. NO call back. None. I have came out of pocket to have this testing done out of concern. Our pets are our babies, right? The lump has now grown to DOUBLE the size in one month. It is not much to ask for, for a call back. I understand many people are busy, as I myself work over 55 hrs per week. No excuse. Staff has always been very nice, that is not my issue. The lack of consideration and follow through to get a simple 1 min call to just say the resuts, is not asking much. After all, obviously I was concerned enough to pay out of pocket for a test. Extremely unprofessional, especially when I have called and was told I woukd get a call back, called and left multiple voicemails. I will cancel my plan after this year.
