⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There truly are not enough words to express how grateful we are to Dr. Jill, Natalie, and the entire team at Countryside Animal Clinic for what they did for our sweet Zylah. When Zylah unexpectedly needed emergency surgery, our family was scared and overwhelmed. Zylah is so much more than a dog to us—she is family. She is deeply loved, and the thought of possibly losing her was absolutely heartbreaking. Dr. Jill and Natalie went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. Dr. Jill returned to the clinic after they had already closed just to see and examine Zylah. Natalie stayed beyond her scheduled hours to assist with Zylah's care. During one of the most frightening and emotional moments for our family, they were there for us and for Zylah. The kindness, patience, respect, and genuine compassion they showed us meant more than we could ever put into words. We knew that Zylah wasn't simply another patient to them. They treated her with the same love, concern, and tenderness that you would hope someone would show a member of your own family. Thankfully, Zylah's surgery went very well. The relief and gratitude we feel knowing that we still get to have our girl here with us is indescribable. Because of the incredible care she received, we were able to bring a very important member of our family back home. We also want to recognize the wonderful staff members we met when we returned the next day to pick Zylah up. Unfortunately, we don't know all of their names, but we hope they know how grateful we are for each and every one of them. It was obvious that while Zylah was in their care, she wasn't just being watched—she was being pampered, loved on, comforted, and genuinely cared for. Seeing how much affection they had for her and knowing that she was surrounded by people who cared about her while we couldn't be there brought us so much comfort. To Dr. Jill, Natalie, and every single person at Countryside Animal Clinic who had a hand in caring for Zylah: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for staying late. Thank you for coming back after closing. Thank you for your compassion. Thank you for loving on our girl when we couldn't be there. And most of all, thank you for helping make it possible for us to bring Zylah home. You didn't just care for a dog—you cared for a deeply loved member of our family. We will never forget what you did for Zylah or the kindness you showed our family during such a frightening time. We are forever grateful to all of you, and we truly cannot thank you enough for giving us the greatest gift we could have asked for: more time, more memories, and more love with our sweet Zylah. ❤️🐾

Countryside Animal Clinic was very professional and friendly. they looked after my dog quickly with no stress to him. They got me a appointment fast and their prices are very reasonable.

Called and was able to get an emergency appointment.I arrived and was greated with no wait, My dog was seen right away.After a short assement I was given pain meds and instruction on my next steps. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, the cost was very resonable for an emergency visit.

The staff is nice, and Dr. Jill explains things to clients in terms they can understand. She is honest about her opinions and suggestions and makes sure the client knows that their decision is their own, without judgment. Both large animal and small animal sides of the facility are clean and well-thought-out.
