My fur baby went to get updated on his shots. He feels real comfortable so that makes me comfortable too. It's a place I recommend.

Dr. Brandy let my cat die. He didn’t die of old age. She did nothing to help him but let me watch him suffer to his death for 2 days, pretending an antibiotic might help. We’ve been going there for 15+ years. Very sad to make this type of post but I’ve been through the wringer time and time again with her UNCARING attitude. When I asked her what was wrong she looked me straight in the eyes and clearly got enjoyment out of saying to me “He’s dying!!!” She’s just rude, always has been. Not sure why I stayed there so dang long.

My dog has kidney failure. Heartland failed to catch this early durring his 6 month check ups. Then they failed to give him the proper medication to prevent him from going blind which is a common side effect from kidney failure. They would charge me $37.00 just for asking a question over the phone. When i asked receptionist why they didnt properly treat my dog. She said because they are a small veterinary not a hospital. I said I understand, but you guys could have followed standard text book procedures. She said im going to put you on hold and hung up on me.

We’ve gone to this vet multiple times, for check ups and for nail trimmings, we recently made a switch in vets for the sole fact that they’re incredibly rude every single time we go. Also I felt they obviously don’t care for any of our pets we bring in. I wouldn’t waste your time coming here if you want a place that cares.
