I cannot thank Waldo Animal Clinic enough for the kindness and compassion they showed me this morning. I found a stray cat on my back porch early in the morning. At first, I thought he had already passed away, but then I noticed he was breathing. He couldn't move, he was crying loudly, and with temperatures expected to reach nearly 100 degrees, I knew he needed help immediately. I was heartbroken, panicked, and honestly crying when I arrived at Waldo Animal Clinic right as they opened. Even though this cat was a stray and not an established patient, the staff never hesitated. They brought us in right away and treated both me and that sweet cat with incredible kindness and dignity. What meant the most was that they didn't see an inconvenience standing at their door with a carrier and a screaming stray cat. They saw an animal in need and a person who was doing everything she could to help. The entire team was compassionate, understanding, and gentle during what ended up being the final moments of this cat's life. They also worked with me to keep the costs as minimal as possible, which was an incredible kindness on top of everything else they did. I will never forget the comfort they provided during such a sad and emotional experience. In one of the hardest moments I've had as an animal lover, they showed extraordinary compassion, not only for the cat, but for me as well. Thank you for making sure he wasn't alone.

I had the pleasure of visiting the clinic with my dog Manny. Breanna got me in for same day service. My dog was limping for a week and I feared something was broken. Dr.Nikki examined Manny and confirmed it was not a broken leg, and just a sprain. She prescribed a combo medication for inflammation and pain. I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and expertise!!! Furthermore, the pricing was extremely reasonable.

I have heard nothing but good things about this vet so I called to see if I could bring in a feral cat to be spayed and once her kittens were old enough, bringing them in, too. I explained I probably had one shot at getting it into a carrier and asked if it would be possible to do the well check one day, spend the night, and surgery the next. The receptionist (in addition to sounding condescending) was happy to let me know that they never schedule the surgery until after the well check so there would be no guarantee for the next day. Although I appreciate her honesty, I did not appreciate her approach or unwillingness to work with the circumstances of dealing with a feral cat.
