They got my cat in next day & reassured me what was going on, and my cat who is typically very anxious did so well! I was also expecting to pay a lot more for the visit

Hands down the best! All the doctors and staff treat us like family! Wouldn’t trust my animals with anyone else. Last night we had an emergency with our dog Sammy. Instantly they responded met me in the Sycamore office to get him started on meds! Sammy is back to feeling himself this morning thanks to Dr. Grant Price and Lana for the quick responses and putting my mind at ease! Don’t take your fur babies anywhere else! Thank you so very much!! Love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Vets have done a bunch of expensive testing with my cat to little end result. Had to come back in after two days because he wasn't better, just to be prescribed medication he can't swallow due to taste being bad. Medication is notorious for bad taste. How am I going to get my cat to take 20 doses of this if it makes him projectile vomit due to the taste? Called the clinic and was told there were other options and to stop in and pick it up, just to get an attitude from the vet tech and to be told to give him the meds regardless because the only other option is a shot. Wasn't told to bring the cat so wasted an hour plus driving back and forth for nothing. I will take my pets and business someplace else. Appointments also consistently late even if it was booked weeks before due to double booking so be ready to sit, wait and waste your time when you can be in and out somewhere else and have your pet feeling better.

After visiting another animal hospital in Findlay named VCA, that completely misdiagnosed my pet, I was referred to Lincoln Way. I right away noticed a significant difference in testing. VCA charged $59.65 for the Schirmer tear test, while Lincoln Way charged $24.50 for the same test. Most importantly, Lincoln Way performed eye tonometry to measure his eye pressure, immediately diagnosed glaucoma in both eyes, and started the appropriate treatment. That test wasn’t done at VCA, and because of that, our dog remained in severe pain for another week and is now at risk of losing his vision.

Terrible experience! The doctor had terrible bedside manner and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. We felt very uncomfortable. She had an attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. It seemed like we were a burden. Quoted over $4k for a bowel surgery when other vets quoted literally HALF of that. They can’t email X-ray’s and give them on a CD as well when most vests don’t even have a CD ROM drive. A literal joke. I took my dog to a different vet with cheaper pricing, better care, and different options. Ive been to vets all over the country and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. They will try to nickel and dime you on every single thing imaginable with no justification. Didn’t give a price breakdown, reassurance, or even a physical exam on the dog. The receptionist was rude and didn’t clean up dog feces and I stepped in it! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AVOIDING THIS VET!
