Such a knowledgeable & personable clinic. My job had moved me around from several states in a couple years time period, which caused me to be a bit behind on vaccinations for my cat, but Dr Mandic helped me get him back up to date! She was very sweet and patient with my nervous cat!!

We recently moved to Sunbury and, with our longtime vet retiring, were looking for a veterinary clinic we could truly trust and feel comfortable taking our dachshunds to. One of our dogs was nearing the end of her life, and the other was struggling with anxiety as she watched her lifelong companion slowly decline. Dr. Anne has been amazing. We started seeing her about three months ago, and in that time our older dachshund passed away, we brought home a new puppy, and Dr. Anne has also helped us care for our 10 year-old dachshund’s anxiety. I have never met a more caring and compassionate veterinary team. My dogs absolutely love her, which is honestly shocking because they’ve always hated going to the vet. Now they get excited to see Dr. Anne and her staff. Everyone at Sunbury Veterinary Clinic is so kind, compassionate, and genuinely involved in your pets’ care both inside and outside the clinic. I am so grateful we found them. Our new puppy just finished her final round of shots, and I can honestly say I’ll miss seeing Dr. Anne and her staff as often. Thanks to their care, attention, and support, both of my dogs are doing so much better. I can’t recommend Sunbury Veterinary Clinic enough. Helps that McDonalds is right next door for necessary pup cups as a reward ♥️ 🐾

A little judgmental. If your pets are not up to date on vaccines, I would not recommend this clinic. The attitude from the veterinarian was concerning from the moment he walked into the exam room. I had read previous reviews mentioning that he talks down to clients, but I chose to give the practice a chance anyway. Unfortunately, those reviews reflected my experience. The veterinarian seemed to make assumptions and judgments based on my dog's vaccination history. There was clear disapproval that my dog had not been seen by a veterinarian in several years and the conversation felt more critical than educational. I understand that veterinarians have professional recommendations, but pet owners should be able to make their own healthcare decisions without feeling judged Overall, I did not feel respected as a client and will not be returning.

I’ve been bringing my animals to Dr. Nowack for a while now (really since I was a child), but as an adult, he has seen all of my cats. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and thorough. My cats are incredibly comfortable with him, as am I, as he is always providing the best possible care for them. I cannot recommend him enough!!
