Big Man was nervous so I had to zip him up in his stroller. Once in the room the staff member settled his nerves so he could get his nails clipped. (I don't remember the staff member name) but, he was soft spoken went over everything. I said my good bye and he took The Man back in the stroller. 2nd picture is how happy he was to be free. 1st picture he is getting sleepy

BEWARE: I filed a formal complaint regarding a serious prescription error but received no timely follow-up from management or the veterinarian. Despite multiple attempts to speak with the practice manager, I was repeatedly promised a return call that never came. I waited over an hour by my phone, called the office several times, and was eventually told the manager had already left for the day. Communication throughout this experience was consistently poor. My concerns began after my dog's appointment on 7/3. I followed the medication instructions exactly as prescribed, yet I was told my dog had not received enough medication, the appointment had to be rescheduled, and I needed to purchase additional medication. After returning home, I discovered the prescription had been written for a 7.5-pound dog, even though my dog weighs 12.8 pounds. The issue was caused by the practice's incorrect dosage—not by my failure to follow instructions. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, I was simply told to reschedule and spend more money. Medication dosing errors based on a patient's weight are serious and should be handled with transparency and accountability. Instead, my repeated attempts to address the issue were ignored. Update: After filing a complaint with the BBB, the practice manager ironically contacts me first thing the following morning, more than a week later, and promised a $73.67 refund. When I went to the office to receive it, the practice manager did not know how to process the refund and instead charged my card $147.34 rather than issuing the refund. After spending additional time at the vet office, I left needing to be refunded even more money and told to call on Tuesday if I had not received the refund yet. It's Tuesday 7/14 and I have not received the refund.

worst service ever, moved here from philadelphia area, was told they would not call my dogs prescription in to costco...called costco, they confirmed that they do not call site for prescription, called banfield back, they refused...first time in 5 states that a banfield has let me down like this, will be calling hq next

This is a premium hospital. Costs will range nearly double that of other vets. They confirmed this themselves over the phone. A UTI for a cat can be $400+ without even the medicine included. Beware.
