Bonnie (2/23/2015 - 5/13/2026): parents were Leo (looked just like her and had thumbs just like her, and Hoppy (she was a black cat with normal paws). Bonnie was a daughter, sister, AND a mom. Her son, Little Baby, is still here and he has thumbs AND extra toes on his back feet. Bonnie had a brother named Clyde and they were the best of friends, always with each other, always playing, chasing each other throughout the house, etc. Clyde died at a very young age when he accidentally got outside. Bonnie lived to be 11 years old. My sister and I took her here to have her put down. I forgot the names of the employees but they were very nice, caring, understanding, helpful, and most importantly...empathetic. Some people don't realize how tough a vet's job is and I commend how strong they are when it comes to these types of things. My sister and I pet Bonnie the entire time, and at the end of our visit, one of the ladies gave us a cardboard coffin box for her, along with a couple of keepsakes. We will miss her and she will always be in our hearts. 😺😻😿🥺😭💔👼🐈🙏 4 stars because she's gone... 😭💔

If you’re trying to save time and money, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. At my first appointment, despite having a scheduled time, I was left waiting in the exam room for over an hour before the vet came in. There was no clear communication or update, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. We initially came in for a general concern and requested a physical exam and bloodwork. We were told those services could only be done as part of a “bundle” that also included a fecal test we didn’t ask for, and they wouldn’t separate them. That felt unnecessary and drove up the cost. After the bloodwork, they raised concerns about possible urinary/kidney issues. However, the way results were communicated was concerning. The clinic left a voicemail indicating there could be signs consistent with kidney disease and recommended further testing, but without much context or explanation. It came across as alarming without giving us a clear understanding of how serious or uncertain the situation actually was. Later, when I tried to have a simple urine sample sent out for follow-up testing, they refused unless I booked and paid for another full exam—even though my dog had been seen there within the last few months and wasn’t showing ongoing symptoms. I understand clinics have policies, but the combination of long wait times, inflexible service structure, unclear communication of serious results, and significantly higher pricing made this a poor experience overall. On a positive note, the vet we saw was kind and professional.
