I am at a loss of words with this place anymore, I have been taking all 4 of my animals here for years now and they can’t even get me in when my cat was in need. I called and spoke with the normal hour employees and they told me since they can’t get me in call at 4:45-5 to get me in with the urgent care hour employees. I called at 4:45 and they told me they can’t get him in till Friday? I said I just spoke with someone 15 minutes ago and they told me you guys will see them. She said she is not familiar with how the day shift work… I have never been so disappointed in a vet you spent $1000 of dollars and they can’t even help you in a time like this. I will now have to find a new vet.

These people are so good with my kitty Molly. It was an emergency and they took me right away! They tested her and recommended a variety of treatments we could do and Molly is back on track in less than 48 hours! I can’t thank them enough for their help!
