This place is pretty far out for most people. When we were unable to make multiple trips, this was our experience: 1. On the date we brought our cat in for a pre-dental checkup for a blood draw, the vet tech was unable to administer a two-week antibiotic correctly the first time, luckily my wife noticed it was just pooling on the cats fur. He attempted a second time per our request. 2. They then completed the blood draw, only to call us later in the day and say that they were unable to analyze the results (the only reasons for this reside on their side of the fence - look them up) and suggested we make the more than an hour round trip back for another draw. 3. Upon requesting they refund our money for their lack of expertise, they refused. 4. The best one was the owner’s (Tanya) reply when we made mention of obtaining legal counsel, “Do what you gotta do, babe.” We will, babe. Lastly, 5. They advertise as a low-cost clinic, when in reality we learned that having the same procedure done at our vet would've ended being cheaper with a much more clean and professional environment. Lesson learned. At this point Im not interested in their response to this - just be prepared for what kind of facility you're entering here. You're sure to encounter the same things we did, staff wearing yesterday’s clothing, unprofessional demeanors, lack of expertise in their chosen subject areas, and an unwillingness to work with their customers (no longer). Good luck, hope your experience is better than ours was. They aren't on the BBB website either, shocking, I know.

For 3 kittens getting rabies shots and neutered along with flea and ear mite meds almost costed 500$ was absolutely insane but they are very well experienced

I was trying to fins help for a kitten that had been brought to me and they were the first to answer my plea for help and the only ones who responded. They took the kitten right away and when straight for X rays. I donated what I had on me and plan to donate more in the future! Thank you to this group of amazing people!
