I brought my dogs to this clinic based on reviews. Several months along my Springer Spaniel developed quite an acute UTI. Dr Pawlings suggested more testing which I agreed to without hesitation. The reply to that initial test was within a week and acceptable. Still, her health didn’t rebound and it was suggested that more testing be done at an additional cost of $355.00. I once again agreed.The test was completed. 2 weeks went by with no results so I called and was told by staff that most likely they didn’t receive results. Waited another 2 weeks then called again. Now I’m angry and rightfully so. Dr. Pawlings took my money. I never got the results of the test and he wouldn’t respond to my messages. Pretty unprofessional. I deserved answers and results but the money paid was more important than giving me results or caring for my loved pet. I am not finished just yet . I wouldn’t even post this if it wasn’t 100% true. I can defend my stand as I have all the documents to support my claim.

We have had wonderful experiences with Dr Pawling and his staff! They always get our two dogs in quickly and take time to answer all of our questions. Their prices are reasonable and they always give us a quote for any of the more costly procedures which I greatly appreciate. We live in Munson Twp but will always make the trip to bring our pets to Richman!

Truly the best animal clinic! They take such great care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats. Dr. Pawling is very thorough and has the best interest in mind of the animal and the owner. His staff are very friendly, as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I'm only giving two stars to raise awareness to the situation. My personal opinion I think these guys are pulling too many clients and don't have the staff or doctors to take on the amount of traction they have. There also needs to be better structure, when someone calls explains something you tell them the doctor will call them back later that day, and they don't that's a sour taste in people's mouths. Doing what you say you're gonna do is a HUGE thing with clients. I shouldn't have to constantly be on your rear about things that's why we pay you the money you ask for. I had called the next day to ask if the doctor had ever looked over the results from ER vet they received the day prior, she questioned me that their doctor was supposed to review it, at that point I decided to find another vet because it's obvious they don't care enough to follow through. I also had another situation where my dog was uncontrollably diarrhea they recommended chicken and rice diet after I already fed chicken rice kibble, it was clear it didn't help, but one thing good was probiotics they recommended. Anyways I mentioned to doc I think it's the chicken causing it, he said I don't think it's chicken alone. Well I stopped chicken went back to beef everything went away.. just my opinion but that's really crazy coming from a vet.
