Doctor Sasha Hill was great, and the staff all very friendly and helpful. I needed some standby help getting my horse off the trailer, and they were so nice about it.

I’ve recently experienced how unprofessional and unhelpful Cleveland Equine Clinic is. They truly don’t know how to run a business, they have no clue where there vets are when needed. As a business they should have set prices and not have them vary by who shows as a vet and who doesn’t. Cleveland Equine is ONLY concerned about money. They never called to say sorry about the loss of an animal, they only called asking for a payment. 4 hours we waited for them to come out and put a horse down but since they had no clue where any of there vets were the horse passed in pain before they got to the barn. When they did get here they were so quick to leave. I truly hope they get their facility under control and get a better idea of the business world. It’s not about the money it’s about the passion of helping animals when needed.
