lost my business for sure. my cat got sick after his vaccines. i called for advice on knowing when i should maybe seek emergency help or when i should know somethings i off. my cat has never had an reaction to any vaccine or any vet visit and i was so concerned and i was told “you’ll just know” to my question of asking what symptoms to look out for. I was told that this happens all the time with vaccines and that they’ve never had anything escalate from this and it’s normal. which is fine but that’s not what i called for. I called for advice on what would it look like as far as like a reaction or something to seek help. I was highly concerned about my cat and this lady could have cared less and raised her voice multiple times after I raised mine because i continuously asked the same question. she proceeded to call me back after I told her I was done with this vet and will never be back. She then sounded like she was crying apologizing and still continued to give me the same story. This place LACKS professionalism!!!!

Bumblebees Paradise

I've never met such a caring and compassionate vet!! My two stomatitis boys have kept their teeth and are doing well with Dr K's treatments. My hospice rescue senior Chihuahua had lost ALL mobility and we thought that his end was near. That was a year ago. Dr K gave him a completely new chapter of life and he's completely mobile now with zero difficulty. Tabitha was an extreme fecal impaction from the streets. He took her in for immediate surgery and completely saved her life! Oh I have a list of stories! Dr Kolehmainen provides hope to the hopeless, and immediate comfort to the dying. The entire office has become my cat family. Such good people. Sometimes when I am leaving, I remind Beverly that they're storing jewels in their crowns with this loving and gentle care! I count myself blessed to be their client. There has been no better care given to any animals in my lifetime.
