I’ve already left a 5 star review here but I wanted to do another because this place really deserves it. I had an urgent issue with my dog and they worked with me to get me in as soon as possible, answered all my questions, and were very patient with all of my questions and calls. Everyone here is amazing and so so kind. So grateful for them.

There are too many negative comments to address in detail. In summary, some of their veterinarians should consider retiring; they tend to overcharge or double charge and the front desk staff often lack professionalism and courtesy. We trust them with our family members, sometimes for serious issues beyond routine check-ups, yet they consistently show a lack of genuine compassion.

First time visit here and it went great!!! Dr. Sands and staff were very gentle with Benji during his first visit exam/visit. We were not rushed at all and he answered all of my questions. Looking forward to Benji’s next visit which is a dental cleaning.
