I called to get my German Shepherd's Simparico Trio chew, and they said I needed to bring her in for just a "visual" exam because they know she is highly reactive. So I took her in with a muzzle on, she was OK with the vet tech but absolutely hated the vet... dogs pick up on vibes! So the vet looked her over and gave us the chew medication. Now they call me back and say in order to get the next month's dose I need to bring her back in, all doped up on Trazadone, so they can do a full physical exam and give her a rabies shot. I wanted them to give her the rabies shot last time we were there, because whether she's doped up or not, the minute they touch her she'll react, so they should've just done it then and got it over with! But no.... they just want to have dogs drugged up, make you come to multiple visits, and take all your money... all for a simple little flea and tick chew. I'm sorry I'm not putting my dog through that stress. Ohhh I forgot to mention... the vet told me straight up before we left that I could come back in a month and pick up her medication without bringing her back in, and she gave us a recommendation for a different vet because she obviously doesn't want to see her again! So now why are they calling me and telling me to drug her up, stress her and everyone else out, and bring her back in just to get the next months chew?!? Makes no sense to me other than they just want your money! Nope! I told her we'll go elsewhere from now on.

The vet . was very thorough and knowledgeable . Their prices were reasonable along with their antibiotic shots and pain killer shot . The receptionists were very kind and helpful . Everything was very thoroughly explained to me by both veterinarian and assistant . Highly recommend 😸.

The details of my experience are above and beyond. I went it worried - came out with relief, not only for my dog and his health but my own relief as they worked with my payment and still provided the best service to me and my Emmett. They even trimmed his nails and I didn’t ask them to after they knew I couldn’t afford the same day visit. I am grateful and will be back every time.
