We cannot say enough about the kindness, professionalism and compassion that Taylor and Dr.Johnston displayed when Ken and I had to take our little PiperSue to be enthusianized.....she was very sick and our regular vet did not have office hours that day. Thank you for helping PiperSue cross the Rainbow Bridge in a dignified manner. You both were wonderful

We had to take our long haired cat to the vet for a sanitary trim which I was very anxious about. I called numerous times in between setting up the appointment and the day of for advice on how to help manage it at home. The woman who answered the phone, though I can't remember her name, was super nice and she had helpful information because she has a long haired cat herself! Once we got to the appointment our assistant, Alisha, and the vet, Dr. Fernandez, were just as kind and polite as the woman taking my phone calls and gave us very good information on flea treatment that we didn't have before! I'm very glad we went to Mapleview for our baby, they took great care of him and got him in and out super quick! The visit also ended up costing less than we initially thought which was a nice surprise, very reasonably priced!

We absolutely love the Mapleview team. Great customer service all the way from the front desk to the vets and techs. Pricing is transparent and reasonable and they have always offered same day urgent care visits when needed- whether it has been for one of our own or a stray cat. The vets and techs always take time to answer questions. Highly recommend!!!!!
