My puppy was spayed by another Vet.Unfortunately,she had complications,and I was unable to get in contact with her Vet.I called this clinic as a last resort,after so many refusals to see my pup from other practices.Jan answered my call,after a quick consultation with the Vets there I was told to come in right away. I was met cheerfully by Ashley who also quickly took Lucie to get bloodwork and a full exam.Dr Simon took excellent care of my pup,explained that a mistake was made by the previous vet that did the spay. She assurred me that Lucie would be ok.I was given 3 new meds and a clean E collar. Lucie is now going to be in great care with Dr Simon and her wonderful staff from now on. Thank you to all the professionals at Niles Veterinary Clinic,you are exactly and much more what a superior Vet clinic should be.
