Worst place to go continually pushing there on line medications. Do not want to write you a prescription for pet meds. After several attempts the wrote a prescription for heart worms on 6/12/26, that expires on 6/12/26 . It expired the same day the wrote it. How ridiculous is that. After several attempts that got mad and finally wrote a prescription that I had to go and pickup for 7/5/26 thru /8/15/26. Then they told me to find another vet. I wouldn't take my dogs there if they offered free veterinary services. Worst place to go.

My dog has been in Cricket Ridge's care for all her 6 years. When the practice was sold I decided to try somewhere a bit closer to home. The well recommended new practice I tried was a somewhat cheaper, but they misdiagnosed a serious condition, kept referring to her in the wrong gender, and didn't involve me in her care at all. So I took JuJu back to Cricket Ridge and met the new owner. Dr. Knapp was professional, friendly and was great with my pet. She rediagnosed the condition, scheduled her in for a minor surgery the same day, and left me confident that my friend was in the best possible hands. I'm not changing again.

Friendly receptionist, but cost prohibitive veterinarian. Live within walking distance, a client for two years, yet when faced with a choking emergency, they shuffled me off saying they couldn't squeeze me in, referring me to look into urgent care over an hour drive away, and also referring me to other local veterinarians (without actually providing a specific referral). Probably the best advice they COULD provide, to seek out ANY other veterinarian.
