I’ve been a customer at Masterson‘s for five years now. Between my father and I we have five dogs and three cats. Which we all took to Masterson‘s for their care. They were so good and you could tell they cared. Well, ever since the The daughter of the owner took over. The place has went downhill. You can tell that all they’re interested is in their money. (Believe me, we spent a lot of money there). About two weeks ago, my cat got his back legs ran over. I was a mess and called Masterson’s. The lady on the line was very nice. I could tell she wanted to help. But after she talked to the Boss. She came back on and told me there is nothing they can do to help me. I was confused. But the reason why they couldn’t see him was because he hasn’t been there in a year. Which is crazy. They knew that I brought all my animals there. I spent thousands of dollars over the last five years. Them telling me, They couldn’t help my poor cat, which was in pain and suffering. At that moment, I knew I Would never be back there again. Most vets want to help you. But at Masterson‘s all they care about is the money.

Dr. Smith was very unprofessional and acted in such manner she was in such a rush to even see the patient and gave off attitude towards the patient. The staff was talking in the hallway about the patient and owner describing that they need educated. Never had any problems till now and will no longer recommend them to anyone.

absolutely the best in the business..I've been to all the branches of Mastersons veterinary clinic and they absolutely are amazing..they've helped me with my animal's for years and keep several alive pain free for their last years with us..I grew up on a farm in Bremen..and we used all kinds of different vets/people..and I've seen work done by many veterinarian's over the years..and without being disrespectful ill just say that there's a good Reason why I Chose to go with Mastersons as the first choice every time...great people..great place and they truly care about you and your animal's 💯
